Complex designs or backgrounds may be subject to extra charge

Only the commissioner may use the art given to them; unless specified any commissioned art is for personal use ONLY

I accept payment only through PayPal (USD); full payment is expected upfront unless previously discussed before I start working on a commission

I do not do refunds once I start sketching

WIPs will be sent at the sketching and coloring phase

If I cannot complete a commission for whatever reason a full refund will be given

Minor edits can be requested upon completion of a commission

All commissions are digital and no physical shipment will be sent to the customer
